We had a group of kids that athletically were very talented and when they chose to come together as a team they were great. But sometimes they would listen to other “coaches” and start doing their own thing. We weren’t as successful as we could’ve been. - Coach Arrigale

“My philosophy has always been to lead kids to a state championship not force them to it or drag them through it.  I have always left that last bit of push up to them and their own desire.  Yes, I feel like I have helped and been huge in getting them there but ultimately it is them and their choices and behaviors that have won it for them.”  Coach Doering  (more…)
