Ricky Weina walked-on to play football for Northwestern University. His first year he didn’t play in one game. His third year he played in eight games and started one.

Our motto is HGP: Heart, Guts, and Passion. If we have talent, that's great; if we have experience and strong effort, great. But unless we play with HGP, we won't be playing to our full potential, and doing that under pressure creates champions.

Our program incorporates lots of fun with hard work, because I think sometimes coaches forget that these are kids we’re working with, and they’re playing a game they love.  We should maintain that foundation. (more…)

Stan Benge has led Ben Davis High School girl’s basketball team to the Indiana 4A state championship in 2000, 2001, 2009, and 2010. In 2009 they were National Champions.

Five years ago Scott Sika walked-on to The Ohio State University Football Team to play offensive line. Last year he played in five games, so far this year he has played in three.
