You have to go in with what I call the “Walk-on Mindset”… you won’t be given anything therefore you have to earn everything.

Clancy Rugg walked-on to The University of Vermont’s Men’s Basketball team in 2010. In 2012 he earned a scholarship.
Wednesday, June 27th, 2012Rob Delaney walked-on to the Lafayette College Men’s Basketball Team in 2008. In 2011-2012 he started every game and was the team captain.
